At huancatheinert.com, our priority is your satisfaction. You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrived defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@huancatheinert.com with photos or videos of the item’s condition. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return a product that is not defective (due to a change of mind), you can do so within the 30-day period. In this case, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to the address provided by our support team. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@huancatheinert.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without receiving approved shipping instructions from our team first.
